Our approach and its limits

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Do I need to know Ayurveda?

No. Ritu starts with twelve questions in everyday language. Traditional terms are explained as you explore.

Will the recipes fit my kitchen?

Explore 20 recipes and 113 ingredients. Choose metric or US measurements, cook for one, two or four, and add ingredients to your shopping list. Allergen notes help you review each recipe; always check the ingredients and packaging too.

Is it really free?

Yes. No subscription, advertising or account. Ritu is made with SUKHA Retreat, introduced here and in the app’s credits.

What do the results mean?

A structured reflection based on your answers and Ayurvedic tradition. They are not a clinical measurement or diagnosis.

Where do my answers go?

They are stored on your device. Ritu has no profile server. System backups may follow your device’s backup settings.
