Ritu has no account or profile server. Your answers and app preferences are stored on your device.
What stays on the device
Quiz answers and check-ins, city and season, saved recipes, servings, measurement units, shopping lists, food preferences, practice feedback and reminder settings live in on-device storage. System backups follow your device settings. Opening an external website or emailing support uses the service you choose.
Notifications
Local only. A morning card at 7:00. An evening card at 21:00 if you turn it on. The phone schedules them; we never see them, and they never go through a network.
SUKHA
A quiet credit for SUKHA Retreat sits on Open, About, and the marketing site. There is no in-app banner and no toggle. We do not get a ping. There is no analytics SDK, no ads, no crash reporter shipping your session.
Not medical
Traditional Ayurvedic lifestyle practice. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and will never tell you to stop seeing a doctor. Symptoms: see one.
